Terms of Use — ZeroSeller
These Terms of Use (the 'Terms') govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application(s), and online services operated by ZeroSeller (the 'Platform'). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
01. Definitions
'ZeroSeller', 'we', 'our', 'us' means ZeroSeller. 'User', 'you', 'your' means any person accessing or using the Platform. 'Products' means goods offered for sale on the Platform. 'Working Days' means days other than weekly holidays and public holidays in Bangladesh.
02. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse.
03. Orders, Pricing & Availability
Orders are offers to purchase Products; we may accept or decline any order. Orders are processed after confirmation. Prices are listed in BDT and may change; taxes, fees, and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Product information is provided as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur. Availability is subject to stock; we may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill.
04. Payment
We may accept cash on delivery and/or electronic payments as available on the Platform. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable amounts. Electronic payments are processed by third parties; we do not store full card details on our servers.
05. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Timeline (from order confirmation): Inside Dhaka: 2–4 Working Days; Outside Dhaka: 4–6 Working Days. Delivery Charges: Inside Dhaka: BDT 80; Outside Dhaka: BDT 120. You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and ensure access during delivery. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery; title transfers upon full payment and delivery. Delivery may be affected by force majeure events.
06. Inspection, Return & Refund Policy
You must check the Product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery to accept or return the item. No return or refund will be accepted once the delivery personnel has left. If a Product is returned, the delivery charge must still be paid. If any prepaid order is canceled, the refund will be processed within 5 Working Days to your original payment method. Returned Products must be in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories. Certain categories may be non-returnable for hygiene or regulatory reasons, as indicated on Product pages.
07. Cancellations & Modifications
You may request cancellation prior to dispatch; prepaid refunds follow Section 6. Refund timelines may vary by your bank or wallet. We may cancel orders for stock, payment, fraud, regulatory, or system issues. Address or schedule changes before dispatch may affect delivery time or charges and are not guaranteed.
08. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Promotions are time-limited and may be modified or withdrawn. Coupons may be single-use, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to restrictions. Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are valid until the stated expiry.
09. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, rights of others, or platform integrity; not to engage in fraud, hacking, scraping beyond permitted scope, reverse engineering, or transmitting malicious code; and not to upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing content or manipulate reviews.
10. Intellectual Property
The Platform and content are owned by ZeroSeller or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. User Content & Feedback
If you post content (e.g., reviews), you grant ZeroSeller a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such content. Suggestions or ideas ('Feedback') may be used without restriction or compensation.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may link to third-party websites or integrate services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
14. Communications & Notifications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications related to your orders and account. You may opt-in to marketing communications and unsubscribe at any time.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and Products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or that defects will be corrected.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroSeller and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroSeller and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of laws or third-party rights.
18. Compliance, Export & Sanctions
You represent that you are not subject to trade restrictions or sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Platform or purchase of Products. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Subject to any agreed alternative dispute resolution, courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. At our election, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under rules of a recognized arbitral institution in Dhaka; the language shall be English or Bangla.
20. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics/pandemics, utility failures, or third-party service disruptions.
21. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last Updated' date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Termination
We may, with or without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you will cease immediately.
23. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
24. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeroSeller regarding the Platform and supersede prior agreements.

Delivery, Return & Refund Policy
1. Orders & Delivery
Order Confirmation: All orders are processed after confirmation.
Delivery Timeline:
- Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: 4–6 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery Charges:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120
2. Return & Refund Policy
Products must be checked in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
No return or refund will be accepted once the delivery personnel has left.
If a product is returned, the delivery charge must still be paid.
For canceled prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
